Toner Backing Up in Xerox DocuColor 260

I had all units cleaned out on the machine which included IBT belt cleaner, transfer belt, 2nd bia unit, etc. This occurred after about 4000 color copies and the rest of the run started showing signs of background yellow, dirty paper edge, and a ROS banding. ** New ROS replaced two months ago. Banding from the window due to excess yellow toner **

Augers in the Yellow developer housing spinning right. Motor works. Waste toner motor working too. Yellow building up and not moving at the rear of the machine. Possible block in the tube to the waste container or ????

I am a novice. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Not finding anything in the manual for this one.
