System failure after changing battery, the printer does not start and asks the system administrator.
I replaced the backup battery on the motherboard of the printer, but now the printer does not start, says system error and restart forever. He stops and restarts the configuration page, but gives no error code

Once the battery is dead or disconnected, the NVM values will be erased.
Sounds like you will need to do a Forced AltBoot software load.

Power off the machine and check again if the battery is well fitted on little board. Also check if the little board is good seated in the connector.
If all ok then you need to reload machine software using altboot procedure.

Do you have any image on the touch screen ?

I have not explained, the printer now works, but the battery is almost empty (every once in a boot resets), the other printer I've damaged by changing it... I would like to know if there is a procedure to change

If the time needed to change is lower than 20 seconds you dont loose the nvm data.
For the nonworking machine you need to reload the software using usb stick memory.

20 seconds is quite enough time for to place new battery on the board.
Send me mail with config report. I have several version of software and can check if I have the version of your machine.

i have exactly the same problem. I've replaced the battery and now i have the error code 322-352-00 Password routine required to write serial number to machine. Can you help me ?
