[Error Code] Xerox Docucolor 5000 error code 10-318

My machine is showing the error code 10-318. is there anyone that knows what this error code means.
i would greatly appreciate any help

Fuser Standby Fail - check connectors on back of the transport module and back of the machine.
Usually there are dirt and toner. Clean contacts then open and close transport module for 2-3 times

The 10-318 is caused by either a bad main, sub, or external roll heat rod, thermistor, or thermostat. Remove the fuser and check continuity of the heat rods and themostats. If all good, it is probably a thermistor that senses the temperature. Very seldom a circuit board.

Are thre any remove technicians available for the Xerox Docucolor 5000

By that I mean,the tech is paid for guidance through video connection to repair the copier.

You need pws computer to hook up to the machine for diagnostic purposes and someone with mechanical and electrical skills.
Much better post here what machine do ( or not do )
