Secure Print, removing boxes Xerox Docucentre IV C3373

I have a Xerox DocuCentre IV C3373 machine, the customer uses Secure Print. Once they have printed their document and no documents are in their secure print box on the machine the box normally auto deletes itself. But lately the customer has had a few boxes appear with ??????? after their name with no jobs in the box and won't delete. Is there anyway to delete all the Secure Print boxes without having to do a delete all data?

attached is an image of their secure print screen. I want to be able to delete the accounts??????? box, it has no jobs inside it.

is it non-account print enable?

They do use Auditron to print, without a valid ID code they can't print. but normally that just shows a failed print in job status. If I login as tech i can get access to all the boxes, but the ones with ??????? next to their names are empty so I can't delete any pending jobs.

non-account print enable meaning 3rd part software eg: ubs accounting or software that develop by customer can print without user id provide to machine.so we need enable non-account print on machine then customer can print without user id.

Auditron (xerox accounting) user codes are set in the users driver, so 3rd party software is fine to print. All users are using the same programs, its just 2 of them have for some reason gone weird and made phantom boxes that I can't delete. Change their secure print details back to normal and they print and make secure print boxes on the machine fine again. its just I can't remove the ??????? boxes.

pls try using UI diagnostics and remove it.
