My PWS edoc says black toner dispenser fault. Check DC330 9-017 for toner cartridge motor runs, 09-021 for dispenser motor runs and dispenser gears turn. Vacuum K toner housing and reinstall cartridge. You need a PWS laptop to repair this machine.

Thanks Xtrain, your helps really appreciated, I thought it had something to do with the black as I have just replaced the cartridge.
      Thanks again

Reset the NVM 755-037(Y), 755-038(M), 755-039(C), or 755-040(K) to 0 like the associated RAP tells you. In addition, also reset 755-020 (Y), 755-021 (M), 755-022 (C), or 755-023 (K) to 0, depending on which color had generated your fault. Exit diagnostics and perform a PO/PO. This will solve the problem unless there is still an actual mechanical dispensing or sensing problem.
