My Xerox DocuCentre 2058 informs that the toner is empty, code 093-912 and requires to replace the toner. Actually the toner is a new one! Maybe smth wrong with the chip of the machine so it could not recognize the new toner?
I tried to access to CE mode by keeping pressing "0" then "Start". I was asked for password which is 6789. Then ask the Chain - Link # where I dont know how to process.
Please help me to clear the error message.
