Make sure the docking actuator is in place. It is located just below the exit roller in the middle of the right side. The docking interlock switch could be bent. It is located on the left side of the finisher in the middle. Check the power cord for the finisher. If it is not plugged in all the way it will cause finisher error messages.Leave a comment:

Hi guys
New on the site Can anyone help us out with the following message "Please wait....Printer cleaning in progress. Finisher is not docked. Redock finisher now."
Not much experience on Xerox.
Any help greatly appreciated.
