The fuser exit sensor actuator (on the left door assembly) can be broken off. Its kind of easy to snap them off.

Wc7328 jams every time either tray halfway out of fuser. Just seems to stop as delivery rollers begin to turn. Seems like actuator/sensor problem. I may have missed something like actuator on left door asm. Please help as not expert on this. Have SM but got call while out in field and was not able to do an advance observation of actuators/sensor positions. Frank/ActionPhotocopy
