Hi guys,
Can anyone tell me how to reset the user name and password on the Webtools page for he Xerox DC250? I do not know the current user name and password.

i know its not what you asked for but did you try Fiery.1 for administrator?
iirc the operator password is the same as the one you set in your admin panel of the printer. so you can change it there. For the admin pass i would just reinstall the controller, only takes like 15 mins. passwords can be empty too.
