Xerox WC3615 everytime customer sends a print a Banner comes out first

How to deactivate the printer banner (it says "workcenter/ user")??

also I have problem with the configuration page that machine spits out everytime you turn it on.
the machine is brand new and customer is happy with it except for this 2 annoying behaviour

Any idea on how to deactiva them both would be great.

I 've already read throughly the user manual and the network manual, that's why I'm posting the question here.

I've spent less than 5 minutes to find this in System Administration Guide that is available on Xerox Support site.
