I am trying to replace the black developer unit on a docucolor8000, but when i try to run the developer recharge routine to fill in the new material, the machine just says: "machine cannot start". There are bad gears on the old unit and this causes a print quality issue, otherwise the machine is running fine on the old unit. What can i do people?
