Hello,
I am having an issue with my Riso printing horizontal lines across the master. The lines are beyond the page's margins extending all the way across the master so I don't think it is a software/communication issue. The ink also transfers to the bottom roller inside the machine (under the cylinder) and seems to be multiply and now there are many lines on the roller and also across the master (from the leading edge to the trailing edge) and they span across the whole cylinder. I can't figure out why they show up. The lines are very thin almost blade sized from a knife but I see no evidence of ink across anything on the cylinder, other than the master. I've cleaned the entire cylinder and the inside of the machine and the lines keep showing up. Any thoughts?
Thanks,
newbie
