My department has inherited a Riso Comcolor 3050 from another area of our company and I'm trying to tweak a few things without calling service (which they cancelled).
Mainly the main output tray has been disabled forcing everything to print to the face down tray. I'm trying to run carbonless and was hoping to benefit from the straight paper path.
Would anyone know how to get into a service mode and change that? I can get into test mode but I didn't see anything that jumped out..
