[Error Code] Help! Error Code on Riso EZ 590u

I just received a Riso EZ 590u and upon first booting it up I got this error code: A06-403 Safety SW on Standard Feed Tray is Activated. Reset paper on Standard Feed Tray.

I'm aware that the error code can appear if the feed tray is bent or obstructed but the feed tray is perfectly straight and functioning as intended. The lower safety switch, a long metal bar running the length of the tray, is moving freely without and obstructions and is perfectly straight.

Are there any other possible solutions to this problem? Please help!

The plastic cover the encases the green Feed Tray Lower button is the upper limit safety switch assy. Does it move up/down freely?

There is another safety switch on the bottom of the tray, which is activated by a metal plate if that is bent it not activating the switch causing it to give that message a common problem.

FYI : hard to see it but once you remove the tray you can fix it, easy to remove.
