Hello,
Our RP3700 stopped feeding paper properly and I'm looking for insight/advice. The pickup rollers take the paper but after that it seems the timing roller isn't feeding the paper properly. The paper stalls halfway in and then the info screen displays a "paper jam" error. Paper will feed correctly approx. 1 out of 10 times. The link below is a video of what's happening.

Here's what I've tried so far:
-Cleaning the pressure, timing, scraper, and pickup rollers, and stripper pad.
-Opening up the back and making sure the timing roller cam is properly aligned.
-Trying every possible configuration with the two green dials that adjust the stripper pad angle/pressure.
The problem persists on other drums and on all the types of paper I've tried.
Any thoughts? Thanks.
