i tried to find something of that order but could not... page renew is off, and i did not see anything in function/properties/settings that seemed relevant...
will update when i have the chance to check again. thanks for your answers

RP3700 - Drum keeps making same master

    hello,

i am running into a rather weird issue on a riso rp3700 i just got second hand.

the machine keeps reproducing an old master, from memory i guess.
this happens only with one of the drums (color, blue). other drums create a master from the flatbed just fine.
i tried multiple times with multiple master making ops in between, before reinserting the blue drum - it always prints back to the same image.

i tried resetting user memory (test 80) while having the faulty drum in. no effect.
i looked into the "page renewal" feature : it is not on.

i did not find a test mode for resetting "drum memory" (if such a thing exists).

another question : i cant find the "reset" key on the machine or the combination of keys that triggers reset, can anyone point me how to ?

i cant find anything on this issue on internet, has anyone seen this before ?
    thanks
Working...
