Hello everyone, RISO SF9350 EIIE constant error appears as soon as you turn on the device, error T01-537. After several on/off cycles, it disappears. Checked drum sensor positioning, tested ok. If you turn it off and turn it on a couple of hours later, everything is fine. Then the next morning, this error occurs again... and so on every day. How to get rid of this error? Thank you

The manual description says: The print drum is not in proper position. The print drum is not locked when the print drum is in operation. The clamp is not in proper position when the print drum is in operation (except at master removal).
I suspect that the Position-B stop sensor is dirty or failing. Power off the unit and unplug. Removed the back cover and blow out the sensor. Probably need to blow out the whole back side if it hasn't been done before. Strongly suggest you get a Service Tech to clean it out or at least get a Service Manual so you can see exactly where that sensor is located before starting.

Hi, problem solved!
I've cleaned the Main Motor Encoder, machine tested ok.
