Riso RZ370EP Master Making Problems

Hello...

Need your suggestions and ideas. I m working on a Riso RZ 370 EP, it nicely starts master making process, pushes master through but load pulse motor stops before master enters drum clamp. Write pulse motor do not stop the process until machine pops up A16- 525. I have changed load pulse motor, master making PCB and main control PCB but problem persist.

Any suggestions please.

This is not a master making problem. A16-525 is master remains on the drum. Does the drum rotate and the clamp open and eject the master?? Check the master sensor for the drum. Might have ink on it. Good luck.
