    my risograph keep gives error A2-5O9 did clean master sensor it feeds master on drum but cutter does not cut master have tested cutter its working

              There is an updated master loading sensor 444-43007-404. Also clean the drum screen area between the trail edge of the master and clamp assy (the area the sensor looks at when in home position). You do not want that area to be shiny (alcohol) like the master, use a cleaner that will make it dull like belt cleaner. Upgrade firmware to latest. On our RZ 220 it is V2.14.

                  thanks, it was the sensor on top of the drum. the m/c is worhing now
