Riso RN 2235 Cutter issues

I have a Riso RN-2235Ui that wont seem to cut properly. It cuts 95% and leaves just a little 1/2" piece uncut.
Any adjustments, or do I need to replace the cutter... It only has about 10,000 master cuts.

I do not know if the cutter can be adjusted, it may need replacing. The RN cutters were flimsy, much weaker than previous models. If you can activate the cutter manually, or remove and inspect it, try oiling the blade with light oil and operating it quickly a dozen times, see if that may help. If you have a source for a replacement cutter, try a slight bending adjustment, since you have little to lose.....you may gain some improvement.
