GR3750 Paper Jam

I have a GR3750 that gives me a paper jam error quite often. The paper will be usually be under the drum.

The kicker is it dosen't do it all the time... Maybe a feed roller?

And if that's not enough it dosen't always print at the top of the document??? Drum Timing?

Am I thinking along the right road?
