Feed problem with Risograph GR 3750

My GR 3750 had a recent meltdown and after I reset it by turning on while holding down the reset button it no longer feeds paper. I checked the feed clutch wires and can find no power going to the clutch at all while the machine is trying to feed. Everything else seems to be functioning normally just the feeder clutch will not engage. Any ideas? Also I am looking for a Risograph Tech in my area.

get a qualified riso man to check and adjust timing of cams, if your timing is out it wont feed
failure is not an option !

Kyogenious is probably right, but just for grins you might look in the paper feed area and see if the separation flap is folded over on itself. That will engage the "double feed prevention switch", which cuts all power to the feed clutch, as well as physically blocking the path paper takes into the machine.
