Machine was working fine, then suddenly started jamming. We find paper under drum unit at bottom of machine. Any idea what has failed? We normally work on Riso and have not seen this before.
Riso and Ricohs have a problem with the pressure roller getting knocked out of place. Not familiar with this model but I would make sure pressure roller is in it's brackets and camming up against drum. Also check feed/sep tires and pad for worn parts. Bad or dirty sensors at drum.
Testing 1-2-3, testing, testing. Is this thing on?
Thanks. This is not that type of pressure roller. These have a unit that is almost the size of the drum that rotates under the drum. Seems like a gate is not working right or something so pages slip down instead of out of the machine.
