Hello guys. So I'm finding my self in need of replacement parts on a 5309 dup, problem is I can't seem to find the part numbers? I need to replace the Actuator and the 4 sensors that the actuator slides through in the rear of the machine? Sorry for poor descriptions, that's what tech support refereed to them as. Any help on these part numbers or the parts catalog would be a great help, I've checked the TSRC, but I can't seem to find it?

Tracked down the correct part numbers with Slim's help. Turns out of course that the part wasn't actually listed as what Tech support had told me over the phone. Ha, anyhow I've included the part number and description here to close out this "ticket". Thanks.

Apparently the customer had decided to repeatedly "slam" the drum back into place, as they had issues securing the drum when removing a paper jam. By doing this they appear to have broken the plastic brackets holding the sensors erm I mean photointeruptor's into place as well as having bent the actuator or rather shielding plate so that every time the plate went through the sensors it was effectively knocking the sensors out of the entire bracket securing them.
