We are currently seeking an upbeat, motivated professional to join our sales team. This position will be responsible for high volume outbound calling to generate interest in prospective customers. Hours are flexible. The ideal candidate has the ability to build a professional and friendly rapport with callers to garner interest in our company.
Duties and Responsibilities

1. Effectively communicate with customers and associates
2. Time management
3. Support the sales function and sales personnel, as well as operational departments
4. Data entry
5. Draft e-mails and communications relating to customer follow up
6. Responsible for generating existing and new customer sales
7. Increasing account penetration and market share
8. Your client interactions may include program presentation, client follow-up, and end user sales support
9. Qualifying each customer and/or prospect to determine sales potential and to develop a strategy for pricing, product line, recycling, and other areas
10. Analyzing consumer purchases and historical trends to define future sales prospects
11. Retaining clientele with follow up calls and marketing efforts
12. Identifying opportunities with low-volume and inactive accounts
13. Conducting presentations at customer site to grow sales in areas of opportunity

Requirements

1. Strong communication and customer service skills
2. Detail oriented and possess excellent time management and follow up skills
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office
4. The ability to be courteous and tactful
5. Solution focused with the ability to adjust priorities
6. Strong administrative skills
