    02/08 - 08/09 Office Concepts Ardmore, OK Field Service Tech.
    As primary Konica Tech. duties included setup, inspection of the electronics, mechanics,
    and laser optics, ensuring operation of equipment prior of delivery to customer.
    08/07 - 02/08 Pitney Bowes Irving, Texas Field Service Tech.
    My duties at Pitney Bowes as a Field Tech. entailed repair, service and
    Preventive maintenance of all of the KonicaMinolta equipment Pitney Bowes serviced.
    12/05 - 06/07 Nova Copy Dallas, Texas Tech. Specialist
    As the primary Konica Tech. I was responsible for making service calls on all Konica equipment.
    My strong team/leadership skills enabled me to train both shop and Field Techs. on the assembling and
    disassembling of optical and electronics following written documentation.
    04/99 - 07/05 Konica Dallas, Texas In House Specialist
    My duties at Konica entailed trouble shooting and repair of problematic equipment that could not be
    repaired at the customers location.
    I was also responsible for overseeing and checking quality of work on a continuous basis while directing
    and outlining work in shop when the manager was not available. Including ordering and inventory control
    of parts and supplies, setup, adjusting and testing of new and refurbished equipment.
    I also undertook responsibilities of the Parts Mgr. for periods of time when he was not available. Duties
    included routing, dispatching, flow of materials, parts and chemicals for 15 techs. and 9 branches.
    09/96 - 04-99 Minolta Dallas, Texas Field Service Technician
    While at Minolta I was the dedicated tech., with a 4 hour response time, to Dallas County, courts and
    detention centers, with an estimated 165 machines.

    With Phillip & Jacobs my time was utilized servicing Prepress and Graphic Arts equipment and maintaining the
    integrity of chemicals used for processing through replacement and temperature control adjustments.
    01/91- 09/95 Graphic Enterprises of Ohio, Inc. Houston, Texas Field Tech.
    As a Field Tech. I serviced and maintained as estimated 293 machines in a territory covering from Houston to
    McAllen, TX and from Austin to Baton Rouge, LA..
    01/89 - 10/90 Phillips & Jacobs Houston, Texas Service Technician
    At Phillips & Jacobs I was instrumental in establishing and setup of the parts and service departments utilizing my
    ability to communicate, both verbally and written, with customers and company personnel and the utilization of my
    technical training.
    SUMMARY
    My broad experience in electronics, mechanics, soldering, V M, web base, written documentation, basic computer
    knowledge ( Microsoft, Word, Excel) and proven team leadership skills has enabled me to work on optics,
    electronics and electromechanical systems.
    My ability to disassemble and clean using chemicals/alcohol, acetones and lubricants and the reassembling of optics
    and electronics would make mea valuable asset to your company.
    All shifts and/or relocation will be considered.
