CMYK is seeking a highly motivated, hard working and enthusiastic individual to join our existing MFP service team.
This role is field based working from our Manchester office. You will head up a team reporting to the Regional Service Manager. The role will be responsible for delivering excellent service to our customers based mainly across the North of England.
You will have at least five years of experience, preferably on Ricoh / Sharp products and be competent in networking these devices. You will be looking to make your first step into management or be an experienced team leader. You must also have good troubleshooting, IT and communication skills. Attention to detail coupled with a positive attitude is also essential.
