Job Responsibilities:
Provide customer technical support for network configuration, hardware, software, basic desktop, and copiers.
Support customers with printing and scanning issues.
Log customer issues in ticketing system
Assist customers with installation of print drivers and configuration of shared folders for Windows XP/Vista, and Mac operating systems.
Provide troubleshooting network connectivity issues
