Danwood America, Inc. is actively seeking a Service Dispatcher.
Successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, monitoring and closing service calls placed by internal and external customers, maintaining call documentation, service call triage, and scheduling/dispatching of technicians. Ensuring Customer Satisfaction, multi-tasking and understanding the Central Florida geography is key essentials to this position.
Responsibilities:
2 or more years of customer service experience required. Prior dispatching experience preferred. Positive attitude, ability to work in a fast paced environment, computer and data entry skills and strong familiarity with the Central Florida area. Excellent communication skills a must.

Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter service calls placed by phone or e-mail.
- Dispatch service calls to maintain response time goals.
- Dispatch technicians in accordance with their abilities.
- Monitor technician call volume, make adjustments when necessary.
- Update and Close calls after technician completes call.
- Work with Team Leaders to ensure call completion in a timely manner.
- Work with parts department to ensure call completion in a timely manner
- Understand and be able to use a Nextel phone.
- Maintain a satisfactory attendance record.
- Communicate with management and team leaders regarding call concerns.
- Understands individual customer needs.
