Best aqueous ink printer?

Need to print on polymailers 6"x9" rolls. Want most reliable aqueous ink printer preferably cheap and small but reliable is most important.

Fair alert, you will have a considerably greater failure rate of these cartridges anytime you buy refill ink or toner other than from the manufacturer.

You will be responsible for the repair, which can easily burn any money you have saved on those cartridges, if you have ever trouble with your printer and have cartridges in your machine. (Where I work, at least)
