    Calcomp Techjet 5500 plotter

    Hi
    I have a problem with a Techjet 5500 plotter, don't know if this type of product is covered by Copytechnet?
    I would realy like to know if it's possible to get a service manual I found site www.eserviceinfo.com/service but down load
    is corrupted and won't open.
    Can any one help

        Even if you could get a manual it might not be possible to get repair parts. I will look to see what I can find. I have dealt with many off brand plotters and scanners. Calcomp is essentially out of business.

          Thanks for taking the time to reply, I know calcomp is no more but It may be possible to find parts via ebay or other dead plotters if needed.
          The site that did list manual seems to have gone down www.eserviceinfo.com/ (and didn't download correctly) so if any one can supply manual It would be appreciated.

            The manual on www.eserviceinfo.com/service is'nt corrpt. You need to download part 1 to 12 and separate the .zip file (file #13) Rename the files like this: .zip to .z01, .z01 to .z02, .z02 to .z03 ..... .z12 to .zip

              So I think you have it the wrong way round, I have to change it to a zip file dont I ? still cant run it though, I do wish people would treat us like noffices not experts, how do we run the files?
