To get the solution to your problem you can either check your user manual or check online support you will get the solution very easily. You can also check laser toner cartridges for some help, but if you get some other solution pls let me know.

Got this online. Am not much of a Canon fan, the first one I had 3 years ago, I used for a while and sold off on ebay
