I am a tech and placed a used machine in my favorite bar/ restaurant they print the beer list. I replaced the drums before I placed the machine, every time they open the top, all the toner empty messages display. They can be reset but then they can't track the usage at all plus it's a pain in the .......Is there a firmware update for this? Can it be done by usb drive or only thru the web interface?
