Brother DCP 8060 and DCP 8085 fuser pressure roller interchageability??

Hi guys, does anyone know if these lower fuser pressure rollers are interchangeable? they are different part numbers, and some things look different.

According to my manuals for these two products.. the pressure roller is not spared out. the fusers are different yes... but there is no separate part number for the hot nor the pressure rollers. In all the time I have worked on Brother Laser based life forms, you replace the WHOLE fusing unit when there is an issue with the hot or the press roller.

Yes, i was wondering if a good pressure roller or even a hot roller will fit in the other style. sometimes when i change them, one roller is still good. i had both, but tossed it before i could find out unfortunately. thanks for your input. have a nice day, Jim

You can tell by looking sat them, some are ribbed and some are not.

thank you tech28. i was asking if anyone knew. i am aware of the material differences. sad, brother doesn't spare these parts separately.

Alibaba has all /most parts for those MFC Brother machines, just look at their site. Only thing is you will have to wait for 2-3 weeks to get them, and very, very inexpensive.

Yes, they are interchangeable, I have done this many times without any problems.
Usually 8060 roller are red and 8085 rollers are black, but they fit.
