      you will deff need the SM...

      take your time...

      take plenty of pics during the dis-assembly process...

      it CAN be a bitch.

      **hint- I have reset the count w/o replacing laser... BUT I always gave the customer the option yes/no.

      Never had one fail after reset... @ 200,000 I would do the replacement.

        Agree with Phil, I had to replace a few on B&W models. Usually laser is in the middle of machine so it's quite a job but doable just make sure you've a lot of space and don't rush.
