[Jamming] Brother MFC-L8690 CDW paper sticky on rear double rolls

    Hi All

I have a Brother printer MFC-L8690CDW which have paper sticky on the rear as shown in the picture.
Does anyone know how to remove the rolls without disassembling the printer?

    Thanks in advance

    Brgds. Michael

not possible, try and use a sharp blade and cut the paper in horizontal direction (carefully to avoid damaging the roller).

you don't need a new fuser.
you can remove the front roller by removing the white plastic C clip on the right hand side.
with the C clip removed the roller will move to the left and come free.
it might give you the room to remove the sticker. use some IPA to dissolve the sticky glue and you should be fine.
