Bro HL-5250DN all lights flash, secondary lights status and toner lit

secondary codes status lit red, toner lit amber, by holding down go and cancel
I think its the laser or board, sounds like the laser motor starts to go and immediately all light flash. Thanks for any help, if you know the problem and have the part how much would you sell it to me for?
