hello to all i have a ir 5000i with jam issue in registration roller when i use ltr and a4 size in all casset. but when i use Ltr-r and a4r it doesnt jam.and when i put paper from bypass even a4 or ltr it doesnt jam. the jam code 110.please help me.

Check the metal guide on the right hand side of unit one,Just over and before the Reg Roller, Its height and tension are adjusted by two little pressed metal tabs on either side and are Very Easily bent out of place (especially by someone lifting the unit out) Simple Trial and error is the only way to adjust then ... Good Luck

thanks irish your right i put lubricant on the tensioner and adjust the two metal plate then its ok right now.thank you so much.
