Then I enlarged 10 125% in that copy also 'X' reduced. how can i clear the problem. I cleard the ram.

in print also the same problem

    for example : the original has a box that 'X' = 100 mm and 'Y' = 100mm.
    when i make a copy in 100% the 'X' print in 95 mm and 'Y' print = 100mm. 'X' is reduced.
I make a copy in 125% enlarge. in that copy the 'X' reduced to 120mm and 'Y' in 125mm. is there is any adj in the program to make 100% print. what is the problem. please help.

There are steps in the manual that show you, step by step, how to make the adjustments you need.
It involves using the hidden trim pots(varistors) under the front cover to reduce or enlarge in the scanning and sub-scanning directions.
I apologize for not detailing the steps here but it really is quite a job to try to explain it...but in practice it's a pretty easy adjustment...you DO need the service manual however.
