Yeah if you have e007 then remove and check the fuser to see if you can turn it. Could be something possibly jammed in it

The error code is e007 which I looked up was fuser film not working properly. Does that sound like the solution. The jam was before the reg. roller it did not hit the reg actuator.

And the jam code is?.....
Because it's a new machine I'd give the rego flag spring an extra wind.

Machine is jamming right before the registration roller using all trays even mp tray. Replaced feed rollers and right lower door ass'y. The paper just stops, clean lead edge no rips or nicks. Checked reg. roller springs and grounds ok. Cleaned all rollers on right side.
