what problem with this error code E020-03a2?

03a2 sub code points to the cyan dev., poblem with atr sensor.may be dirty sensor ,or bad sensor, or stuck shutter, patch sensor above drum may be dirty(located at about 11 0 clock above drum)or drum could be weak check drum life if more than 80 percent then change drum.
