IR4570 Universal Send

I am trying to get the email send settings done for a IR4570 it seems to not want to send the emails out from the Send Button. I get an error code on the System Monitor Screen of #995. I have tried many different settings to get the email to send. I am hoping it is just changing a simple setting
I am using a POP Mail Server not a local one.
Here is my versions

Could be wrong but I thought (???) that is a fax error code. Do not take it the wrong way, but are you sure the universal send is activated?

From the Universal Send Error Code manual:

#995 [ TX / RX ] Job Canceled

Cause -Memory communication reservation jobs were cleared, someone deleted the job.

Remedy-Repeat
