Scratchs on drum CLC 1110, Urgent

Dear All, please can any body help me with this:

I print something on my CLC 1110 machine from the bypass on 200 gr/m paper. during printing one of the A3 200 200 gr/m paper stuck in the machine, I open the door of the machine i try to pull the transfer drum unit to remove the jammed paper, but I could not because of the a hard paper i try more times but the paper stuck between the transfer drum and the drum, at the end of this i removed the jammed paper some how, but when i try to continue printing a big scratch lines appears on the middle of the printed paper, i recognize that there is a scratches on the drum, which is the same shape of the scratches on the printed paper. Is that mean that I damage the drum, is that possible that I can damage the drum from paper??? is there any solution???

    Thanks for help.

Drums in the CLC1100 series are an OPC drum and can't be polished....AND they are ridiculously expensive to replace.
Having said that I have removed the drum and cleaned/polished it up with a good result before.
The reasoning being that the drum was damaged anyways and i had nothing to lose.
If you DO choose to clean it...do NOT use anything other than a slightly damp cloth and wipe it dry VERY GENTLY with a soft, dry cloth.
    GOOD LUCK...it may not work.
