    IR3300 system software

New HDD, finally connected and reformatted. Installed system software HDL-all.
    Rebooted machine.
    Got a 62-002 code.
Reformatted and tried to reinstall software and now SST V3.22 gives me a warning code 13 with a subcode of 13, firmware does not match machine.

I am using the USB-adp for uploading. Network won't connect at all, I think they had it set for DHCP.
Language and RUI install with no problem.

    I'm Lost, any ideas?
Why do they call it common sense?

If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?

Make sure that you're loading the correct boot version.
N for network and C for copier.
Trying to install the wrong boot version will give you that error...the same goes for system...if it's a printer use the N version.

not sure exactly what you did? format hdd by using format by itself. then use hdf all. hdf does not format the hard drive. Use the correct machine model,ir3300N if you have the print kit installed, or ir3300i if that is what it is. Or like Oze said if its a "c" then use the c system software.
