Scan to word document

Dears,

My customer using IR 3300N , he used network scanner & wants to scan the original and change in to word document file.

any free software available for that?

also let me know any free software for print management ( he wants to know that how many A4 size printed and how many A3 size printed totally and wants to know from each computer )
