Canon IR330-400 PCL E677 Error Pls Help me

I am new for this forum. I am directed by google. My problem is I am havin Canon Image Runner 330-400 PCL series printer. Today When I power on my printer It is showing E677with main power off and again on. After this message I turned on my printer and power on but no use.

In my PC i searched by printers network ID (with ping comment) but there i found timeout error.

I want solution about my printer and PC software oriented. There is no current flexuation issues.

Then how will create this problem. Pls help.

Error :
Data light is flashing for the Print key on the Control Panel when a network print job is sent to copier then E677 error code eventually occurs.

Workaround :
In this case, pressing S1 - the Reset button on the EFI Network Print board cleared out the fault and resolved the service issue. After pressing the Reset button, the imageRUNNER would receive and process network print jobs properly.

The Reset button - S1, is located near the bottom left corner of the EFI Network Print board. Press the Reset button while power is applied, then power off the imageRUNNER, wait ten seconds, then turn the imageRUNNER back on. When the imageRUNNER comes Ready, send over a network print job and test the operation.

If the imageRUNNER malfunctions again for a network print job, the Print board Software, the Print board Hard Disk Drive or the EFI Network Print board itself could be faulty.

thanks. But sorry to say, I am still having E677 error code without any sub code(0001-0006). pls give suggestions.

Problem :
The machine displays an E674 code. This may be followed by an E677 code when the Fax pcb is removed. The imageRunner also has a Print Board installed.

Solution :

With the Fax Board and Print Board installed an E674 code occurred. When the Fax Board was removed an E677 code then occurred.
Try removing the PDL Interface pcb for the Print Board from the copier. Reinstall the Fax Board, if the E674 code does not occur and the copier is capable of sending and receiving faxes, then replace the PDL Interface pcb because it may be faulty and causing the two E codes; E674 for faxing and E677 for printing.
