Would anyone happen to have the system software for this model? Customers machine is dead. I have the 3300i and 3320N, but no 3320i. I'm supposing the 2220i and the 3320i is the same....giant thanks in advance

What I recall of this is that the "i" designated a machine that came factory loaded with printing capability, so you did not have to change boot rom or load "N" type software. It was good to go off of the pallet.

Hi mrfixit51, Thanks for your explanation. As I know, "i" that you can scan to email while "N" is not. So, if I use 3320N system software for 3320i then can I still scan to email?
