We have a problem with a c3200. Copier will lose color registration to the point that autogradtion will not work and ask's to reposition test page. I have replaced transfer belt and transfer rollers all drums and toner units, installed transfer drive and belt modifications .. gears , spacers. No error codes are displayed or registered. When i perform dcon clear the registration comes back and i can than do autogradation. I have done this 3 times now, always with same problem and result, it will last for 4 days or up to 10 days. I did read a post were the dc controller was replaced and it solved a simular problem. If i order or use a dc controller from another c3200 is there firmware or another pcb i have to install at the same time. or can i just install dc controller and enter door specs as starting point. Thanks for suggestions.

In my case, I install DC CON board and enter door specs. But if you want your DC CON data intact, you can make back-up by uploading the DC CON file and download the same after you installed the DC CON board. -
Cleared DC Con and cam the lasers and reload firmware. Why spend money on Dc Controller when your problem can be resolve by a specialist. Call canon.
