IRC3220 Control Panel Non Responsive

Hey guys,

I have an IRC3220 that is having some issues. Machine will initialize and control panel will work for like 10 seconds and then totally freeze. It has a C1 with 138k and usend. Any ideas?

P.S. I'm not an end user, I'm a small wholesaler or as some of you refer to as whoresaler, lol.

couple of question does the display go blank and only a green light on?? or is there a error code that comes up??? or is it just nothing works on the touch screen or on the control panel ie.. number keys ect. not work

Try clearing MMI, check the main controller, do a 1&9 and try flashing the HDD.

Have you recently added print and changed the bot rom?
