Got a Error Code given to me by my client of E4-20. I was wondering if anyone can help me with this one.

If they mean E-004-0002 it's related to the fixing heater or SSR.

Actually, I think as I am looking at my service book it is a E240 code.
Short of clearing the Code is there any known issue with the communication that normally goes on this machine?

Service mode is 3 separate steps: */2+8/*
If it doesn't work, try, try again.
Also, I don't think you can clear that code in service mode. My book says (for e-240) to re-seat the dimm on the image processor pcb. If no luck, replace the image processor.Comment
